Caregiving is a Privilege
Abel Care Homes have been caring for the Elderly since 2005. We have 3 homes in Pla Vada Court, Concord, CA and each home can have up to 6 residents with 2 caregivers for day shift and 1 wake caregiver at night. We have a beautiful garden shared backyard full of lemon trees, calamansi trees, and persimmon trees. We have a nurse on call available 24 hours a week.
